Yes, upload your past PDF and our AI will parse the data into your chronicle. If automated parsing isn't perfect, a consultant will manually enter it. Accuracy is highest with data measured using APL instruments (LS170/175).
How can I see the reasoning behind recommendations?
Every recommendation comes with an evidence card showing similar customer counts, satisfaction data, color response comparisons, and consultant approval status. You can always see "why this item" backed by data.
When do I need a re-test?
We generally recommend every 2–3 years, but our AI detects changes from hair treatments, skin shifts, or seasonal accumulation and sends earlier re-test alerts when needed.
